The Community Protectors Real Estate Program for First Responders was developed by Better Living Real Estate® to honor and serve our "Community Protectors" that make our lives, towns and cities safer and better. Together with other local businesses, we have put together an amazing program of savings and benefits as a way of saying "Thank You" for your continued service and dedication. We support our local Police, Firefighters, EMS, other state and federal agencies law enforcement and first responders with the Community Protectors Real Estate Program!

The Community Protectors Real Estate Program and associated VIP Benefits are offered to both you and all of your family members by our participating businesses. Learn more about each offer by viewing our real estate page for your savings options. Whether actively employed, a retired Community Protector, Veteran or a family member of a Community Protector, you are eligible to receive benefits of this program. To redeem your benefits of the Community Protectors Real Estate Program, simply identify the department where you served your community when you fill-in the redemption form on this web site. If you are an immediate family member of an active or retired Community Protector, please indicate your relationship to your Community Protector family member, their name and the department where they served.

It's important for you to understand these terms of use and program eligibility, and it is your responsibility to review the information provided in this web site and offers by participating businesses and referrals to ensure that your participation in any offer, benefit or program is something that you understand. As part of the Community Protectors Real Estate Program, we will ask you to have an attorney review any of your real estate documents. You should also have your attorney review and answer any legal questions you have about this program, any providers, vendors, businesses or offers that you receive. We want you to be confident and have the advice you need to make the best decisions for you and your family.

Details about the Community Protectors Real Estate Program Benefits

The Community Protectors Real Estate Program is provided to you by Better Living Real Estate, LLC a licensed real estate brokerage with headquarters in Massachusetts. Better Living Real Estate® only provides real estate services that are supported by our real estate license and provides no other advice or services beyond the scope and license of a real estate broker.

Better Living Real Estate provides you with mortgage referrals, legal and other information by referring you to other businesses and individuals licensed in professions other than real estate. For mortgage information and resources, you are directed to local and licensed mortgage lenders that support the Community Protectors Program.

Offers, Benefits, Rebates and Savings are offered by each company that participates in the Community Protectors Real Estate Program. You will need to refer to each company to learn about their particular offer to you.

For your real estate savings, Better Living Real Estate offers to rebate 10% (ten percent) of the gross commission (up to $1,000) that we retain from your real estate transaction after deduction of cooperating brokerage fees, payments and any other expenses. In any case, the maximum commission rebate to you will not exceed $1,000 and it may be less if 10% our retained commissions do not equal $1,000.

With additional benefits, offers, rebates, credits and savings provided by our recommended attorneys, insurance agencies and other professionals, your total savings may be considerable, but in no way does Better Living Real Estate guarantee savings and discounts offered beyond what is disclosed on the Real Estate page on this web site and this Terms of "Eligibility and Savings" page. In some rare cases, you may find that your total rebates and savings are less to purchase price of the property, limitations, vendor participation or other factors that reduce your overall savings. This potential lower overall savings is hereby disclosed to you now, so that you are able to review each offer presented to you by each participating business and licensee. If you choose to use businesses or licensees outside of the Community Protectors Real Estate Program or if a licensee is not able to service your needs do to license limitations, their offer of savings and benefits may be revoked. Better Living Real Estate is not responsible for offers, savings, benefits or revocation of same by any entity other than Better Living Real Estate. By participating in the Community Protectors Real Estate Program you agree to hold Better Living Real Estate, LLC and its licensees harmless from any damage or loss you incurred due to another vendor, company, business or professional licensee not directly licensed and employed by Better Living Real Estate, LLC as a real estate agent, salesperson or broker.

We share information with lenders and real estate professionals. After they receive your information, they may contact you directly via phone or email. You may be contacted by one of our affiliates, including but not limited to Veterans United Home Loans. All of our affiliates follow federal and/or state laws and regulations. These loan officers and real estate professionals may keep and use your information whether or not you qualify for a transaction with them.

We may be required to disclose certain personal information resulting from a properly served request from a federal or state law enforcement or other governmental agency as a result of a subpoena, court order, in order to exercise our legal rights, to protect our company or employees from threats or fraud, to protect us from legal claims, or as otherwise required by law.
